Leading custom electronics distributor increases serviceability to region by opening Pine Brook branch which offers a showroom, large warehouse and improved training facilities
AVAD LLC, North America's leading distributor of custom home electronics, announced that it will open a new, 32,000-square-foot Pine Brook, N.J. facility, located southwest of I-287 and the New Jersey Turnpike. The Pine Brook branch will feature a spacious showroom, where dealers can access the best brands and product assortment; a large warehouse accommodating more inventory for "just in time" order fulfillment; and a larger training facility allowing for the best and most frequent local dealer training—all advantages that make up AVAD's trademark service. All operations previously held at AVAD's Piscataway, N.J. branch will be relocated to the new Pine Brook branch upon its opening.
As a benefit for local dealers, a Grand Opening Vend-O-Palooza will be held at the new AVAD Pine Brook facility on July 23. Vend-O-Palooza is a one-day event held at AVAD branches across the nation that connects area dealers with leading manufacturers in a very efficient, interactive forum. Vend-O-Palooza offers attendees an opportunity to meet directly with over 40 manufacturers, demo new products, participate in raffles and giveaways, purchase products at special pricing, and attend workshops designed to help them successfully manage and grow their businesses.
"We are very excited about the opening of AVAD's new Pine Brook facility," said Jim Annes, vice president and general manager of AVAD. "We are always looking for the best ways to serve our dealers, and the amenities and resources provided by the Pine Brook facility will help in making their business more successful. We invite our dealers to visit the new facility and take advantage of all that it provides."
All AVAD facilities offer the industry's most respected and recognized brands, in-depth product and category training, the widest selection in various disciplines—audio, video, lighting controls, home automation and more—and an expert sales staff to offer support in system design, application and technical support.
An additional benefit of all AVAD facilities are Experience Centers which feature key elements in AVAD's Integration Partner program, providing dealers a resource for marketing and selling complete custom home electronic solutions to their clients. Dealers also have the luxury of scheduling appointments to utilize the AVAD home theater and Experience Center as a showroom for their prospective customers.
